Head chef, Richie Pollock, responsible for the day to day running of The Chefs Eye @ Gourock golf Club, and is working with Faisal to ensure all food items are catered to The Chefs Eye standard or above. Richie is endorsed by Faisal and has many years of experience and working towards Faisal's high standards, tasting menus and incorporating new ideas

OUR CONCEPT AND MISSION... A relaxed intimate setting with weekend specials from around the world. We are the place for private dining and functions with a licensed bar! With an explosion of flavours and spices we are the only intimate and small fusion brasserie in Largs. We are the only venue in town offering a group of 15 people or more ordering our 3 course set menu - we don’t let anyone else in!
