🟣 The Eight Foundation’s Back to the 80’s Ball is taking place on Saturday 17th October at Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl raising vital funds to support local charities and community projects through the The Eight Foundation

🟣 It promises to be a brilliant evening with welcome drinks, a three course dinner, live entertainment, w**e on the table, raffle prizes and live & silent auctions – all with a fabulous 80’s theme! 🪩💃

🎟️ Tickets are £120pp
🎟️ Tables of 10 are £1,200

✅ 40% expect their meetings & events spend to grow over the next year.

✅ 38% are already putting more than half of their travel budget towards events.

🟣 The Harbour Hotel is cleverly designed as cruise ship. Such an amazing setting overlooking the marina, with fabulous food, cocktails, live music from DJ Michael French, Oleg Zaremskyi
and magician Dominic Reyes Magic Limited ✨ It was a brilliant atmosphere and lovely to catch up with familiar faces, make some new connections and enjoy the hotel’s beautiful rooftop terrace 🌅

🟣 Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa really is a fantastic venue for corporate events and evenings like this are a great reminder of how important it is to experience venues first hand so I can confidently recommend them to my clients ✅

🟣 But choosing the right layout isn’t just about preference.
Theatre, cabaret, classroom, boardroom or banquet, the setup you choose can have a huge impact on the venue you need, the capacity of the room and the overall feel of your event.

🟣 Remember, a venue stating they can accommodate 250 cabaret doesn’t necessarily mean it will comfortably work for 250 once you add staging, AV, screens, production and room for your guests to move around ✔️
