It’s been another 18 months since I updated my David Pepper Entertainer post (August 2023) so thought it was time.
My work has turned into a full time job and although l still volunteer to visit people and homes l now get expenses to cover fuel & time at the majority of Nursing, Care, Residential Homes.
I attend over 50 homes in Hampshire.
Some photographs of what I do, try to make people happy.
Each month I offer a different theme.
January - Robbie Burns and a Scottish Themed event with Scottish Tam O Shanter Hats
and Scottish clothing to enhance the event.
February - Valentines Month with Red Roses for all attending Residents.
March - St Patrick’s Day Theme with Irish Hats and Irish Flags.
April - St George’s Day celebrations with English Flags, Hats and Bunting
May - Old fashioned “Pub Singalong”
June - 50’s, 60’s & Rock roll Music
July-September Vacation in Poland
October - Octoberfest “Sound of Music” with lively Alpine Music
November- Remembrance Month with tribute to our Armed Services past and present. Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force Uniforms to again enhance the occasion.
December- Christmas Party with Carols, Christmas Music and Father Christmas in attendance.
I was previously a Chief Physical Trainer in the Royal Navy and also Cruise/Entertainments Director onboard QM2, QE2, Caronia ((Cunard) P&O and Princess Cruises.
