I want to thank the Rose Garden Florist, a small local business in my constituency that has served our community over many decades, for putting together the most beautiful two wreaths for today's services.

What a shambles, 4 weeks of very little or no trade at all. Not even a courtesy business open as usual sign or diversions in place back on to Middleton Road. It states the Great Yarmouth Borough Council have approved this.

A free shuttle bus is available to help!

OPEN NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS so don’t worry about the closures on the roads and the fact they can’t even be bothered to advise businesses all down middleton road are still open. just have to take an alternate route xx 🌺🌹

CUSTOMERS, please be advised that although the road is “closed” we are still very much open for business ( not that the council would give a rats ass about that) unfortunately you may have to take an alternative route to get to us, thankyou for your patience and to the council for once again for not informing us that this was happening

Useful visit to the Rose Garden Florist. This much-loved local business needs our support, and I will do everything in my power to make the council see sense. I am taking their fight right to the top, and I will demand that the authorities do the logical thing.

Local businesses like this are absolutely vital to our community and to our economy. National taxes/regulations are already suffocating them, so local authorities need to do all they can to make their lives easier.

I stand with the Rose Garden.
