We’re thrilled to announce that our first 2025 Dining Experience at Borthwick Castle is set for Saturday, 25th January.

Our award-winning head chef, Craig Gibb, has created a stunning five-course tasting menu, featuring the finest seasonal Scottish produce for an unforgettable dining experience.

🗓 Date: Saturday, 25th January

🍽 Cost: £130.00 per person

🍷 Optional Wine Pairing: £50.00 per person

We also offer a luxurious overnight stay package, including dinner, bed, and breakfast, at £750 per night (for two guests). Rooms are limited, so be sure to book soon.
