I'm Stella; a creative florist and event stylist based in Surrey. Some people have asked me where the name for my business came from and I am always pleased to tell them that my favourite flower is a Rose and I was also very inspired by my grandmother in law and her name was Rose and so Stella Rose Flowers was born! I was very fortunate to retrain as a florist after I left behind my previous caree

r in visual retail merchandising. I had always wanted to run my own business and work with flowers and I am so proud to say that my wishes have come true! I run my business from my flower studio in my garden at home in Godalming where I specialise in weddings, events and sympathy floristry. When it comes to flowers I enjoy working with colour and texture to create my floral designs. I visit the flower market on a regular basis to see colours, what is new and flowers coming into season. I love to use British grown flowers where possible and promote local growers as suppliers. I have always had great passion for vintage and regularly trawl the charity shops, fleamarkets and antique auctions for interesting containers and to add to my collection of props. In addition to floristry we offer a full event styling service which can range from prop sourcing to a complete dressing service; we can talk more over a nice cup of tea!
