Hi everyone just thought I would post this practice plate of food for our upcoming hen party of 20. It’s a pork loin coated in cep powder, potato sage and bacon bon Bon, crackling swirls and homemade apple sauce served with a pork jus. This is just a small example of the food we cook and whether this is your style of food or just a hearty lasagne or cottage pie we will personally design and Taylor a menu for your private dining needs. Please don’t hesitate to message us at anytime. We can come and cook for dinner parties at your house or prepare all the food for you to collect and just warm up yourself. Nothing beats a proper piece of gorgeous rib eye from Martin's Meats . Thought I would post this to wet the appetite for tomorrow’s big game as I’m sure a few will be cooking a roast or having a bbq before the game ready to soak up all the beer. We spare no expense building our top quality gourmet burgers - grass-fed Longhorn beef and the best Colston Basset Stilton set each other off perfectly, topped with spicy home made salsa and a crisp little gem lettuce leaf, encased in a sticky brioche bun.
