A special one this evening, performing at the wedding celebration for Conor and Shannon at the stunning Clearwell Castle
What made it so special was that Conor was in my first tutor group when I started teaching back in 2010. He got in touch after leaving to ask for a reference and wanted to train as a pilot (I taught him geography - must have been good at my job 😉), so when his mum asked me to be a surprise addition at his wedding I jumped at the chance. Great to see you again Conor, and to meet your lovely family. Congratulations to you and Shannon - I hope you have many years of happiness together

The Magic Circle is the most famous and prestigious magic organisation in the world - and today I received notification to say that I had passed my entrance exam and was officially a member of The Magic Circle. It’s been a great journey so far, with so much support from family and friends. I was also lucky enough to have been nominated and seconded by two of the biggest names in the world of magic, and the confidence that they thought I was good enough was a massive boost. Next step is to visit the Circle in London itself and walk in the same doors that Paul Daniels, Dynamo, Penn and Teller and even King Charles have passed through.
