Well!! What another extremely busy weekend!!
Friday night was pre wedding BBQ night!!
The homemade 8oz Cheeseburgers were well worth all the preparation and the 6oz burgers infused with jalepano peppers were ferocious!!
A long night but hugely enjoyable.
Then onto the main event.
Olivia you looked stunning!!
The weather was fantastic .
Canapes on arrival along with Bucks Fizz started the celebrations off.
All the guests were then treated to a scrumptious afternoon tea.
With lots of vegetarian and vegan options that even the most fervent meat eaters enjoyed!!
The home made cakes deserve particular mention, especially the sicilian lemon drizzle cake and piping smashed almond cream around the top was a fantastic idea! Well done Chef!!
Onto the evening food and a fantastic Bristol Hog Roast was had by all!!( Well all except the Vegetarian's and Vegans who feasted on a fantastic treat called " Pulled no Pork".Absolutely Delicious was the sentiment.
Thats it for this week!
Time for a bit of rest now until next week!!

Hi All,
well today is National Cocktail Day!!
So spare a thought today for the Bristol Hog Roast team as you sip your Mojito, Mai tai or Margarita!!
We'll all be to busy to drink cocktails as we prepare Canapes, Hog Roast with salads and herby buttered roast potatoes along with a dessert selection of Eaton Mess and Chocolate orange cheesecake with lashings of fresh double cream!!
Hope there's some left over for me!!
