***FREE OPEN GYM SESSIONS**

We are so excited to announce that we are running FREE OPEN GYM sessions on Monday 30th March!!

11:30 - 1:30 Ages 4-8
2:00 - 4:00 Ages 9- Adult

We are also running a FREE stay and play session 9:30 - 11:00

We have been given funding by Gloucestershire County Council as part of their Climate Change Fund. The work has been going ahead today and tomorrow - we have had insulation panels fitted to the outside wall which will hopefully cut our energy bills next winter.

Tomorrow, work starts to insulate our huge building. Our energy bills are in excess of £5.5k per year to heat our building to a comfortable standard for our athletes.

We have been lucky to have been awarded a grant from Gloucestershire City Council as part of their Greener Gloucestershire campaign.

On March 30th we will be opening the gym to celebrate all things Green! We can't wait to see the changes the insulation panels will make to the building during the winter time.

We already commit to reducing our carbon footprint in the gym by opting for energy saving resources, a commitment to recycling, and reusable cups.
