📢 A Quick Office Update 📢

We just wanted to let everyone know that this week our office has been running with a reduced team, so our response times haven’t been as quick as usual. Unfortunately, some phone calls may also have gone unanswered.

Today and tomorrow are likely to be much the same, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

Our Office Manager, Louise, underwent spinal surgery on 27th July and will be taking a few weeks to recover. We wish her a smooth and speedy recovery. ❤️

At the same time, we’re in the middle of a very busy events period, with several team members taking well-earned annual leave and days off. We’ve been doing our very best to keep on top of urgent emails and enquiries, and we really appreciate your patience while we catch up.

We’re hoping that next week Matthew will be able to spend more time in the office to help us get back up to speed.

Thank you so much for bearing with us and for your continued support—it really does mean a lot.

Fantasy Forest – another year complete! 🌳✨

We’ve spent the last 9 days working alongside the amazing team behind this fantastic festival, and what a great event it’s been.

All the kit is now back, unloaded, and sorted… but there’s no rest for us! Tomorrow we start building another festival ready for this weekend. It’s a private event though, so unfortunately we won’t be able to share any photos. 😢

We absolutely love the summer festival season—every event brings something different, and it’s always a pleasure helping bring them to life.
