Dear Stephen,

I wanted to say a huge thank-you to you and your team for looking after us so well at our dinner on Friday night.

I've had lots of compliments from attendees about the quality of the food, so please could you pass these on to the chef? Speaking as someone with dietary requirements, and on behalf of others in the same position, I felt very safe and confident that you would provide something suitable for me to eat. (And I was grateful to have an alternative sweet dish for dessert, not just the plate of fruit that I often get at venues elsewhere!)

Please pass on our thanks to the rest of the team. The servers were swift, professional and attentive, and again, I've heard lots of compliments from attendees about the quality of service.

We hold a dinner at a different location in the UK each year. We were in Glasgow because it's home for this year's Master, and so we may not have another opportunity to return for a while, but I hope we will be able to come to the Trades Hall again at some point in the future, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Top Class Catering.

Please do send over the invoice for the remaining bottles of w**e, and we will get that paid this week.

Iconic southside stand alone venue...

Hi Stephen,

I am sorry it has taken so long for this email but unfortunately we had a bit of a family crisis the day we returned from our honeymoon so everything got put to aside and now that things are better I am trying to get around everyone.

I just wanted to express our thanks for being the backbone to our whole wedding day. Top Class catering definitely goes above and beyond the catering role and you ensured that everything ran to time and plan without a blip. Everyone commented on how smooth the day was and how great the catering was as well. Running to time was an important element to the day for me because it meant I could spend as much time with the guests as possible and get plenty of dancing time also.

Calum also commented on how amazing the bar star were in the evening, they did a great job and I don't have a negative comment to offer whatsoever.

Thank you so much, you are fantastic at what you do and we really appreciate all the thought and planning h that goes on in the background.
