Now this design really makes it clear why bikes are better in cities! 🚲🚗

Cars on streets take up a huge amount of space, and this bike rack demonstrates that perfectly.

Space for 10-15 bikes used by 10-15 people, in the space of 1 vehicle.

And let’s be real, a car in this space would most likely only carry 1 person.

You could be saying that about your next doctor’s appointment

Doctor’s have started green social prescribing.
Which means prescribing you time in nature.

Reports show that nature-based interventions can help people feel calmer, happier, less anxious or depressed, and can even help reduce fatigue and discomfort.

What would you say if your doctor prescribed nature?

Is this project worse than HS2? 🚆
And I bet you haven’t heard of it

HS2 received tonnes of headlines, campaigns for destroying ancient woodland.
20 hectares of woodland under threat and years of campaigning to get this reduced.

This site, Oaken Wood, is about to lose 41 hectares.
More than double HS2’s damage.
Home to nightjars, turtle doves and one of our most endangered mammals, the dormouse

Ancient woodlands can’t be replanted easily. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Kent County Council voted 37–31 to approve it
For homes? Or a railway?
Nope. For a private quarry.
& there hasn’t been much press.
