After completing a University degree in Textile Clothing and Design, and working a good few years in the industry in London, I was searching for a new challenge and career I could be passionate about. Always having enjoyed cooking and hosting parties, the opportunity came and me and my partner moved out of London to Cheshire into a lovely village called Tarporley. With a passion for food, we both developed our own ideas and set up a Pan Asia Restaurant called Etasia. Now a mother of 3 children under the age of 6, I began creating cake pops for my little girls. The girls developed an interest in baking and a sweet tooth. Noticing that they could only eat small amounts of cake, a few bites and the rest would go to waste. I took this opportunity to make bite size cakes on a lollipop stick. My first ever try at making cake pops was for my 3 year old daughters birthday; to see the look on her face and jumping with excitement when she saw the cake pops, melted my heart. Not only did they like the look of it, they also had cake pop after cake pop, and none went to waste. Any leftover could be wrapped up and kept aside for the next day. Then my 5 year old daughter requested cake pops for her birthday...my son developed a sweet tooth...That’s how it all began…my children inspired me! Utilising my artistic and cookery skills, I blend high fashion with good taste! I hope you enjoy them!
