Unfortunately, after a few recent cancellations, we'll be introducing a cancellation policy on all future bookings hope you understand guys

As a small family business, once a booking is confirmed we reserve that date exclusively for you and often turn away other enquiries. When cancellations happen close to the event date, it can have a significant impact on our diary and income as a small family business

We completely understand that sometimes circumstances change and things happen that are outwith your control. However, we hope you understand that we also need to protect the business and the dates we have committed to.
Going forward and we would never cancel on our customers a few weeks before your big day so we need to have the same protection in place to.

βœ… Deposits remain non-refundable

Cancellation Charges:
β€’ More than 28 days before event – Deposit only β€’ 14–28 days before event – 50% of remaining balance
β€’ Less than 14 days before event – Full balance payable as its a lot harder to fill the date.

This is not a decision we've taken lightly, but one we feel is necessary to protect our family business going forward.

After 6 weeks of hard work, fun, laughter and plenty of Music Moments & Memories, today marked our final Communion of 2026. 🎧

What a journey it's been!
Our One Stop Shop Communion Package has been incredibly popular this year, and we honestly can't thank you enough for the support. From DJ and Photobooth to all your Communion dΓ©cor, it has been amazing helping you guys with these special days.

We've seen toilet roll mummies, dads dressed as Barbie dolls, conga lines, dance-offs, Glow UV Party's and, most importantly, lots of happy childrenπŸ‘Œ

When I first started AO Entertainments, I never imagined we'd be trusted with so many special family occasions like this, so we cant thank you all enough.

I'm certainly not a professional kids entertainer, and I've never claimed to be, but what I can promise is that we give 110% every single time to make your day as memorable as possible.

A special mention to our Olivia too, who has absolutely loved being part of the Communion season. Thank you to everyone who welcomed her and made her feel included. ❀️

Now the big question...
Should we bring back our One Stop Shop Communion Package for 2027? πŸ€”

If there is enough interest, Kirsty and I might open the 2027 diary early and start taking bookings as soon as next week.

One thing this year has taught me is that Communion season is far busier than I ever imagined, and the families who booked early definitely got the dates they wanted!
