EXCLUSIVE NEWS FOR TONIGHTS MEETING
3 BRAND NEW PRODUCTS being demoed for the first time in Scotland.
Glasgow Sound Centre will be demoing 3 BRAND NEW PRODUCTS at tonights meeting at Pinkertons.
First up we have the NEW EQUINOX RADIANCE Lighting Effect
We will also have the NEW CHAUVET GIG BAR BRIDGE which consists of two 70W Moving Heads and also a NEW Lighting Strip, name to be confirmed tonight.
So if you're looking for some new lighting gear and you want to be ahead of the competition come along tonight and see if these products are for you.

Next meeting of East Coast Scotland DJ Group is on Wednesday 28th August and will be held at Pinkertons Function Suite in Glenrothes.
We have a great night planned for you, with Guest Speaker Stephen J Elliott who will be telling us about his new business and how it can help djs to reorganise their work/life balance.
Glasgow Sound Centre will be there as well with some new equipment demos.
If anyone wishes to buy anything from GSC at the meeting, then contact Iain at the shop and tell him what you would like to purchase and he will bring it along to the meeting, which will save you a trip through to Glasgow.
If anyone has any used equipment which you are looking to sell on, bring it along to the meeting. If selling anything, put a post up on the page before the meeting with details of what it is a picture and your asking price. this way guys/gals can bring enough money with them to purchase on the night.
Although these meetings were originally set up for working djs of all levels, anyone in the entertainment sector is welcome to come along and participate.
We welcome djs of all skill levels from bedroom djs, new djs, mobile, club, wedding, karaoke, full time, part time djs, children's entertainers singers, musicians all are welcome.
Doors open 7.00 for networking and meeting starts at 8.00.
Entry is still only £5 per person and raffle tickets are £1 per strip.
Raffle prizes will be announced tomorrow night (Wednesday).

This Thursday is Quiz Night at Pinkertons again this week.
Once again we have a great quiz ready for you and some great prizes to be won. So get together with some friends and come along and try and win one of therm.

Next meeting of the East Coast DJ Group will be held on Wednesday 28th August. It will be held once again at Pinkertons in Glenrothes. Doors open at 7.00pm with meeting starting at 8.00pm. Glasgow Sound Centre will be in attendance at this one, hopefully with a few new toys to show us.
Our main guest speaker is STEPHEN J ELLIOT.
As well as being a well known wedding dj , Stephen has recently become a Well Being Coach and he will be given a presentation on his new business and how his techniques and sessions could help DJS to have a better work life balance As usual we will have a Raffle, prizes to be announced at start of next week, music quiz, buffet, networking. There will also be the opportunity to sell your used equipment. If you have any equipment that you wish to bring along to sell, please post up the items on this page in advance of the meeting, along with photos and prices. This will allow members to bring along cash or other methods of payment on the night.

Only a couple of days to go now until the next East Coast DJ Meeting on Wednesday 1st May 2024. Once again our meeting will be held at Pinkertons Lounge and Function Suite, in Glenrothes. We have guest speaker Kevin Headley travelling up from Leicester to give us a Speaker demo of Blue Acoustic Sound Systems. He will be bringing two sound systems with him
As well as Kevin we will also have DJ Ali Aitken coming along to tell us all about his NEW DJ & Production Course that he has just started up, so if you are interested in making your own music you won't want to miss this.
If anyone has anything they wish to try and sell at the meeting, its in your own interest to put up a post and a picture of what you are selling and how much you want for them. This allows members to bring enough money with them to make the purchase.

These meetings are open to everyone in the entertainment business, so even if you are not a DJ, but you are involved in providing entertainment to the public you are more than welcome to come along and introduce yourself to lots of like minded people.
