But what you don’t see is everything that happened before that moment.

The measurements and mathematics.

The flower recipe orders checked, then checked again.

A blank space is full of possibility.

One of the things we love most about our freestanding draping system is that it can be installed almost anywhere—indoors or outdoors—to completely transform a space without relying on existing structures.

For this ceremony at Crossbasket Castle, soft ivory draping brought warmth, texture and a beautiful sense of occasion, creating a timeless backdrop for one of Lori & Danny’s biggest moments.

It’s amazing how one design element can change the entire feel of a room.

When you see the finished result, it’s easy to think… it’s just a backdrop.

But for us, it’s never just a backdrop.

It’s the starting point for the whole space. It sets the scene, creates the atmosphere and frames some of the biggest moments of your celebrations.

For this incredible four-day wedding at Turnberry, we created one main backdrop structure — but across the celebrations, it became something completely different each time.

From to the Mehndi, to the Bhaat to the Haldi celebrations, every transformation was carefully thought through.

Flowers were changed. Fabrics were redraped and hand steamed. Colours evolved. Details were added, removed and reworked — all to make sure each event had its own identity and its own feeling.

And this is the part you don’t always see.

The climbing. The lifting. The floristry. The mechanics. The problem-solving. The constant tweaking and standing back to check that everything feels right.

Because creating a beautiful celebration isn’t about placing a backdrop in a room.

It’s about understanding how every element works together — the flowers, the fabric, the lighting, the scale, the room itself — and how it all makes your guests feel when they walk in.

The finished result looks effortless. But behind every transformation, there’s a whole team making it happen.

Because it’s never just a backdrop. It’s what sets the scene for everything that happens in front of it.

From a blank marquee to an unforgettable celebration 🥂

When Lisa at Tartan Weddings matched us with Rachel and Zach, we knew this was going to be special đź’•

What began as an empty space at Dundas Castle became an immersive celebration layered with draping, candlelight, florals, lighting, bars, linen and hundreds of thoughtful details.

For us, luxury has never been just about how a space looks.

It’s about how our clients feel.

Calm.
Excited.
Completely looked after.

We believe your wedding day should never be overshadowed by logistics, unanswered questions or unnecessary stress. If there’s a problem to solve, we solve it quietly. If there’s a detail to manage, we manage it.

Statement top table florals designed with intention.

For this bridal shoot at The Collectors Hall, we repurposed the ceremony installation to create a layered floral, candlelit focal point for dinner — ensuring beauty flows seamlessly throughout the day.

A palette of soft ivory hydrangea, sculptural calla lilies, reflexed roses and delicate textures created a refined, editorial look that feels timeless yet impactful.

Thoughtful repurposing allows your investment to work harder, concentrating florals where your guests gather most and where your photographs will live forever.

Designed in harmony with the venue architecture, the composition balances height, softness and movement to frame your ceremony then top table, beautifully without overwhelming the space.

For this private event, bold colour and sculptural florals were layered against heritage interiors to create impact from every angle — from arrival drinks through to the evening celebrations.
