I saw this post earlier and this resembles so much with us!

Running a small business isn’t always pretty. Some weeks are brilliant, some weeks are stressful, and some weeks you sit wondering if you’re talking to yourself on Facebook!

But here’s the thing… small businesses are the ones supporting local communities every single day.

We’re the ones providing jobs.
We’re the ones sponsoring local teams.
We’re the ones donating raffle prizes.
We’re the ones helping school projects and community events.
We’re the ones taking part in programmes that help young people move from school into the workplace.

Let’s be honest, when was the last time someone messaged Kim Kardashian asking for a raffle prize? Or Molly-Mae? Or Taylor Swift? Nobody does.

But small businesses get those messages every day because we’re the ones who genuinely care about our local communities.

So if you see a small business posting today, whether it’s a florist, hairdresser, café, dog groomer, joiner, painter, beautician or anyone else trying their best to make a living, please give them a wee like, a comment or a share.

It costs absolutely nothing, takes a few seconds, and honestly, it can make a bigger difference than you’ll ever know.
