Iv only just realised it’s been one whole year today since I picked up the keys for 169 Bank Street 😳
From Losing out on multiple other properties before hand, issues with the funds and then realising no one could actually start work until the first week in February because of the holidays 🫠
Rotting joists, a boiler that didn’t work, a tiler that moved in (literally 😂) and not to mention every single wall and ceiling had about 5 layers of wall paper 😳
Spent months here myself in the freezing cold gutting the place before the family trades came in to rescue and help me 🫶🏼
As long as you don’t give up, everything always works out 🤍
Roll on April when we can officially celebrate being open 1 year, making recovery and health more accessible and more luxurious locally 🙌🏼
