An award-winning, internationally recognised expert, she advises on the full lifecycle of technology projects, from structuring and regulation through to disputes and enforcement. Racheal also supports UHNWs and family offices in exploring capital allocation to technology-focused corporate ventures and alternative assets. At the forefront of tech law and policy, she bridges cutting-edge innovation with robust legal and governance frameworks tailored to the Web3 and AI economy.
