Watch as we completely transform the Dundas Castle Pavilion in just 5 hours.

For Caroline and Mike’s wedding reception, we transformed the pavilion with soft ceiling draping that added movement, softness and scale throughout the space. Above the top table, a statement hanging installation of cascading foliage, fresh florals and delicate love birds became the focal point of the design, drawing the eye and beautifully framing the celebration.

A palette of soft blush and ivory florals was carried throughout the room in elevated urn arrangements and abundant tablescapes, bringing texture, depth and elegance to every table. Layers of candlelight created a warm, romantic glow as day turned to evening, enhancing the atmosphere throughout the reception.

From the ceiling transformation and statement florals to every carefully placed detail, each element was thoughtfully curated to create a wedding reception that felt elegant, personal and uniquely Caroline and Mike.

Kirstin and Ross’ monochrome decor- statement dancefloor, matching stationery, an abundance of baby’s breath and a mass of candlelight 🤍

A bespoke monogram dance floor, inspired by and perfectly matched to the couple’s stationery, became the focal point of the marquee. At the centre of the design, an oversized statement bow installation was surrounded by clouds of gypsophila, white roses, orchids and calla lilies, creating a striking backdrop for the celebration.

Towering baby’s breath trees brought height and impact throughout the room, while elegant tablescapes featuring crystal candle holders, white florals and personalised details ensured every corner felt thoughtfully considered. Layers of candlelight added warmth and atmosphere, allowing the all-white palette to feel both timeless and inviting.

From the bespoke design elements to the floral installations, every detail was carefully curated to create a celebration that felt effortlessly elegant and completely unique to Kirstin and Ross.

We transformed the Carlowrie Castle marquee for Jon Paul and Stacey’s wedding reception, creating a setting that felt both luxurious and effortlessly romantic.

A palette of powder blue and white florals set the tone for the design, with abundant hydrangeas and delphiniums arranged in oversized stone urns to create striking focal points throughout the space.

A glossy chequered dance floor sat at the heart of the reception, reflecting the florals and candlelight beautifully. Long tables were styled with delicate white tulips, elegant glassware and layers of candlelight, creating a refined tablescape that felt timeless from every angle. Elevated floral arrangements framed the marquee, adding height, texture and scale while ensuring every part of the room felt beautifully connected.

Congratulations Kirstin & Ross.

It was great to set up the ceremony at Carlowrie Castle in the beautiful marquee, we created a breathtaking all-white runway style ceremony setting.

Firstly we covered the floor with a pristine white carpet, creating a seamless foundation for the design, hundreds of candles, lined the aisle and delicate white roses and oversized displays of gypsophila, adding softness, romance and elegance to every step of the ceremony.

At the end of the aisle, an oversized statement bow became the focal point surrounded by fabulous florals

Watch as we transform this empty marquee into an intimate, elegant wedding setting.

Layers of soft ivory draping were installed across the ceiling, creating texture and a sense of grandeur throughout the space.

Statement crystal chandeliers were suspended above the dining tables, bringing warmth, sparkle and a romantic glow to the design.

Abundant floral columns overflowing with hydrangeas, roses and fresh foliage framed the room, while delicate greenery was woven throughout the ceiling to soften the structure and create the feeling of an indoor garden. Elevated arrangements added height and drama, drawing the eye upwards and connecting every element of the design.

A timeless palette of white and green was carried throughout the marquee, complemented by candlelight, crisp linens and elegant place settings. Every detail was carefully considered, from the positioning of each floral stem to the installation of every chandelier, creating a wedding reception that felt luxurious, refined and unforgettable.

We transformed the Carlowrie Castle marquee into a striking all-white setting, designed to feel timeless and elegant for Hayley & Glynn.

A pristine white carpet and high-gloss dance floor formed the foundation of the design, creating a seamless backdrop for hundreds of suspended white roses cascading from above. The hanging floral installation added height, movement and drama throughout the space, drawing the eye upwards and transforming the marquee into something truly unforgettable.

Mirrored dining tables reflected the candlelight and florals beautifully, enhancing the sense of space and creating a soft glow throughout the reception. Our black dining chairs and coordinating charger plates provided a bold contrast against the monochrome palette, bringing depth and definition to the overall design.

Statement floral arrangements added softness and texture throughout the marquee, while layers of candlelight enhanced the atmosphere as day turned to evening. Every detail was thoughtfully considered.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered for Lisa and Jamie’s wedding, resulting in a design that felt entirely unique to Lochside House Hotel.

Four long banquet tables formed the centrepiece of the reception design, creating a striking layout beneath a statement floral installation of suspended white roses. Delicately hanging from flowing ribbons.

White hydrangeas and roses were used throughout the room, from elevated floral arrangements that framed the reception to low floral groupings that softened the tablescape. Hundreds of candles lined each table, bringing warmth and atmosphere as day turned to evening, while crisp white linens, silver charger plates and elegant stationery completed the refined aesthetic.

An elegant boho wedding brought to life through layers of florals, texture and thoughtful design.

From the statement ceremony installations to the woven pendant lighting suspended above the celebration, every detail was carefully curated to create a setting that felt warm, inviting and effortlessly refined.

Soft peach roses, delicate tulips, dahlias and seasonal foliage flowed throughout the design, bringing movement, colour and a natural sense of romance to each space. As the day transitioned into evening, candlelight and ambient lighting transformed the atmosphere, creating a celebration that felt intimate and unforgettable.

One of our favourite things about this design is how every element worked together seamlessly, proving that bohemian styling can be both relaxed and luxurious.
