Congratulations to Aidan and Erin, who married on a gloriously sunny day in Coatbridge — the gentlemen smart in tan and the sunshine holding steady from the church right through to the reception. We carried the wedding party from the ceremony at Holy Trinity and All Saints to Glenbervie House Hotel in two silver Chrysler Baby Bentleys and a Mercedes V-Class, all dressed with ribbons and silk flowers. The real character of the day was our chauffeur Stevie, who cheerfully talked the ears off Erin and her dad on the way to the church, then kept the newlyweds laughing all the way to the reception. Congratulations to Iain and Skye, who planned their whole wedding in just ten weeks — and you'd never have guessed it from how relaxed the day felt. We collected Skye from Bellshill in our 1930s-style white Beauford Tourer, ribbons and silk flowers on, and brought her through the summer sunshine to Hamilton Town Hall, where the gardens and their centuries-old trees made a beautiful backdrop for photos. Congratulations to Sarah, who married on the hottest day of the year — 28 degrees and not a breath of wind. Our chauffeur Andy took on a double journey in the silver Chrysler Baby Bentley, bringing the bridesmaids to Eagle Lodge in Bishopbriggs before turning back for the bride, and by his own admission he'd lost half his body weight in sweat by the end of it. He'd thought of everything, though — a Dyson fan and hair curlers tucked in the boot — and the cars pulled up to a piper playing right across the grounds. Congratulations to Erin and Sam, who married on a gloriously hot July day at Boclair House Hotel in Bearsden. There was a lovely twist to the morning — our chauffeur Andy pulled up to collect the bridal party and found Erin and her bridesmaids climbing aboard in their dressing gowns and pyjamas, bubbly in hand, with all their dresses hanging ready at the venue. Two matching silver Baby Bentleys carried both halves of the party there in good time, Sam and the groomsmen looking every bit the part in their kilts. A relaxed, happy start to a beautiful day. 🥂

Kevin and Charlene have followed Glasgow Celtic across the world, so when it came to their wedding day there was only ever going to be one detour — a stop at Celtic Park for photos, between the ceremony at St Michael's in the Gallowgate and the reception at Hamilton Function Rooms. We brought them through it all in our 1930s-style white Beauford, ribbons and silk flowers on, with the black V-Class looking after the wider party.
