Tents and Events is a family run business, owned and managed by Graeme and Janet Fletcher, specialising in premier quality equipment combined with a high level of personal service. With over 10 years experience in the marquee industry, complemented by event management experience, and over 20 years in the Hotel and Catering industry, we have an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of functions and events including corporate events, sporting events, weddings and parties. Together with offering advice on marquees, we can often highlight small detail points on other aspects which can very often aid the success of an event. Each client is offered individual attention and can be assured of our full commitment at all times. We are happy to work with clients on both small and large projects and can offer a full range of ancillary services together with full event support.

Race meeting ready at Larkhall Circuit 🏁

A 12m x 55m clearspan coverage structure installed by for the June race meeting, providing a large covered area for teams, equipment and event operations.

Installed on hardstanding with open access, solid PVC sides and a wide span on 3m eaves.

From motorsport events to festivals, sporting fixtures and large-scale public events, we supply temporary structures built around the needs of the site.

Happy to have provided this stunning 9m x 36m wedding marquee last week in Dunmore, overlooking Port Askaig. 🥂✨

Precision leveling by the team using our steel subframe system elevated this structure on a picturesque hilltop, ensuring a perfectly flat, solid floor.

Full length clear panels and solid glazed doors provided the perfect view of the coastline below. 🌅⚓

MARQUEE INSTALLATION TEAM 🚨📍 Tents & Events Glasgow

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working people to join our marquee installation team.

You’ll be helping with marquee builds, takedowns and event setups across Scotland — working on weddings, festivals, corporate events and outdoor sites.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Hands-on and physically fit
✅ Reliable, punctual and presentable
✅ Happy working outdoors
✅ Good team player
✅ Health & Safety aware
✅ Driving licence preferred, but not essential
