***ONCE UPON A TIME***

What a day for a wedding! Rhianne and Matthew had a spectacular day celebrating with their friends and family, all with a brilliant view of Loch Lomond. The day could not have gone better, with a lot laughs, smiles and full hearts.

Particular shout outs to Hayley and Rebecca, representing all day, and working alongside on photos. Dream team! did a fantastic job keeping the dancefloor and I got some great ceilidh footage.

When Gillian and Sean booked us to perform at their wedding we knew we would be in for a party just from their description of their guests and music tastes!

Zimbabwean and Scottish guests turned out last weekend at the luxurious Mar Hall to PARTY PARTY PARTY hard!

Combining music from two cultures was an absolute delight with Scottish ceilidh dancing being attempted by all! It was brilliant watching Gillian get showered with money!! (a Zimbabwean tradition).

***MARRIAGE IS LIKE OATMEAL***

Beautiful wedding day for Ennais and Lauren at Carlowrie Castle. It was such a fun day for the couple, celebrating their marriage with their close friends and family. The sun shone down on them throughout the day, until the evening when they partied with their guests and enjoyed some great entertainment from Drums and Roses!

***THE OTHER HALF OF MY SOUL***

An incredible day for Gillian + Stephen, as they tie the knot at the Glasgow venue The Old Fruitmarket . A beautiful setting for a lovely couple in love and celebration with their friends and family. The day couldn't have gone better, with the guests not short of entertainment from Lorenzo, Magician showing his magic skills, and providing the evening's entertainment, along with a fantastic set from Clanadonia

I've experimented with some camcorder footage from the day as well. Captured a lot of great moments from the day, alongside Good Luck Wolf Photography as the legendary photographer.

***BEST SPEECH OF 2025***

Melissa + Louis' kids did a phenomenal job as Best Men to their Mum and Dad. With great compliments and even better jokes, they had the whole room in stitches during their time with the microphone. Ending on a lovely toast, it got the guests excited for the evening ahead. A fantastic pair and their parents were beeming with pride.

TEASER // KATE + JAMES // Harelaw Farm Weddings

Sharing some of the great weddings I filmed over 2025!

Kate and James got married at the always lovely Harelaw Farm. I took inspiration for the beginning of the video from their suitcase of photos they had on a table in the drinks reception. Guests were welcome to look over pictures of the couple throughout the years, from the early years to their meeting and beyond.

A lot of your wedding day can feel like snapshots at the end of it. You can remember moments, and then those moments fade through time. When you've got a great videographer though, you'll have these moments to look back on whenever you like throughtout the years!

***EXCITING TIMES***

I am heading to Saint Luke's & The Winged Ox tomorrow for the big Wedding Videographer Podcast Summit, where they'll be a lot of great speakers on a number of topics that will help with growing my business. Even after 15 years doing this, I feel it is always good to refresh what you know and what works in this industry.

Very excited for tomorrow, and very happy and grateful to Jason & Danny for putting this all together for the UK's videographer community!
