Important Information

Once balloons are in customers possession, any mishandling will not be covered and will be customer's responsibility. Young children should be supervised and not left alone with balloons Incase of any hazards. No-one should inhale the helium that is inside the balloons as the balloons have a treatment in them to last longer and is very dangerous if you were to inhale the he

lium. If you are collecting balloons, please make sure your car is not hot as this could cause the balloons to pop. If balloons are in the cold, they will deflate but will rise again in heat. All balloons are custom made right before order is due and the reason being is I conduct quality checks for fault defects before they go out to any customer. For payment, I take cash on collection/delivery or bank transfer. I will not hand over balloons until I have received payment. Any orders over £100 will require a non refundable deposit that will be discussed with individual customers.

Most of the balloons come in a tub per colour / size so all tubs and storage unit is available to go too!
