Some weddings just feel like a little adventure from beginning to end. This one was intimate, personal and full of lovely details. I’m so happy we got to be part of such a special place in Laura and Neil’s story.

Only 15 guests but plenty of love, warmth, happy tears, laughter and dancing. 🤍

One of my favourite parts of playing ceremonies is being able to witness these lil moments from the other side. Seeing the emotion building, especially from the parents, and knowing I’ve managed to capture a little bit of that magic too 🥹🤍

The more weddings I play, the more I realise it’s the little moments that stay with you.

A room full of people who haven’t seen each other in years. Someone pulling their best mate onto the dance floor. Arms around each other, everyone singing at the top of their lungs.

That’s the magic of a wedding to me. And being part of those moments never gets old. 🤍

Everyone thinks I just turn up and sing… 😂

Reality is, my brain is going at 100mph.

“Should we change the next song?”

“The dance floor’s filling up…”

“Let’s stretch the chorus”

“Catch the guitarist’s eye…”

“Don’t forget the first dance is in 10 minutes…”

There are so many little decisions happening every minute, but if we’re doing our job properly, you’d never notice.

But genuinely, I kind of love that chaos 🎤✨
