Hello,

I am Craig from Panoptic Events - I thought I would let you know about how I can help with travel and accommodation for you and your crews.

Panoptic look after everything from massive group allocations right down to individual personal travel. So whether you need heavy crew bookings, artist tour blocks, or just your own holiday sorted, I can handle the lot.

Just to give you an idea of what we’ve been up to lately, we recently sorted 96 room nights for the AV crew working the boxing at Wembley Stadium.
We also look after live bands on the road, and we've got a great summer hack using empty student accommodation blocks—we’re actually using that right now in Madrid for Mad Cool Festival bookings to keep costs down for groups.

Because I work directly with the major chains like Meliá, Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Leonardo, and Minor, as well as other accommodation providers, I can cut through the noise and get the right rates and allocations sorted quickly.

Glasgow heart, global vision: Time for a catch-up?

How are you?

It has been a while since my last update, and if I’m honest, the silence wasn’t a lapse—it was a period of intense recalibration.

The truth is, the landscape for all of us has been challenging recently. Between shifting market demands and the sheer grit required to keep moving forward, it hasn't always been easy. I know many of you have been navigating your own hurdles, managing the pressure of "business as usual" when the world feels anything but. If you have been feeling the weight of the grind lately, please know you aren’t alone in that.

However, often it is the toughest terrain that forces us to find better paths. For us, that has meant an evolution from traditional event management into something far more immersive.

We’ve spent the last few months leaning into the "Urban Pulse"—merging iconic sporting culture with luxury travel and corporate hospitality to create true lifestyle experiences.

By utilising the extensive network I have spent years building, we are opening up more opportunities across the UK and Europe than ever before. Already in 2026, we’ve successfully delivered events in Scotland, Spain, Italy, and Germany, alongside bespoke travel for individual clients.

Watching these concepts come to life has been the "light on the horizon" that kept us focused.

Ultimately, while we remain a specialist Scottish-based DMC and Event Management Company, we have also grown into your strategic partner for booking and executing seamless European events.

There are some truly fantastic things coming up this year.

From the energy building around the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games to new immersive projects that push the boundaries of what a "corporate event" can be, the momentum is finally shifting.
