THE 4-WEEK PLAN

This is something quite a few of you have asked us about over the last couple of weeks, so we’ve finally got it sorted 👌

If you’re ordering your meal prep every week anyway, you can now book 4 weeks at a time.

20 meals £120
5 meals each week for 4 weeks

40 meals £224
10 meals each week for 4 weeks

Delivery is £3.75 per week.

You can start your 4 weeks whenever you want and pick your meals each week from the current menu.

Just send us your choices by 9pm Friday. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll keep it easy and repeat your previous week’s order.

Each plan runs for 4 consecutive weeks.

MEALS SORTED FOR THE WEEK 👌

Work, training, kids, late finishes… sometimes having something decent ready in the fridge just makes life easier.

That’s a big part of why we’ve brought Boss Meal Prep back.

Proper meals, good portions and your calories & macros already worked out.

Grab one for work, have one after training or keep a few in the fridge for the nights you don’t fancy cooking.

With our new Monday deliveries, you can get them in at the start of the week and you’re sorted.

Few changes to Boss Meal Prep 👀

When we brought the meal preps back we didn’t expect it to be this busy this quickly, so we’re giving it its own day.

From next week, deliveries will be every Monday, starting Monday 28th September.

We’ve also dropped the bundle prices:

Orders open Monday and close Friday at 9pm.

Home and workplace delivery available.

THE FIRST REVIEWS ARE IN 👀

Safe to say we’re happy we brought the meal prep back.

We’ve loved seeing messages like these coming through after our first deliveries, especially seeing people enjoying meals that have been favourites for years with our clients.

From taking them to work, having them at home, to even taking them along for competition / event weekends exactly what we wanted Boss Meal Prep to be.

MEAL PREP SHOULDN’T LEAVE YOU WANTING ANOTHER MEAL.

At Boss, we’re not trying to squeeze every meal under 500 calories just so we can put a lower number on the label.

We focus on real ingredients, generous portions and high protein, food that tastes good, fills you up and still gives you the information you need to manage your nutrition.

Our current menu ranges from 445–667 calories, with up to 50g of protein per meal.

Every meal comes with its calories and macros clearly labelled, so whether you’re tracking your intake, working towards a goal or simply want a proper meal ready to go, you know exactly what you’re eating.

Meal prep doesn’t have to mean tiny portions or boring food.

What a first week back for Boss Meal Prep.

Our first orders have now been cooked, packed and delivered, it was definitely busier than we expected 😂!

A massive thank you to everyone who ordered, shared our posts, messaged us and supported the return of Boss Meal Prep. The response to bringing it back has been brilliant and we really appreciate it.

Now onto Week 2 🔥

Orders are officially open and our full 6-meal menu is available again this week.

We’re also extending our order window this week, orders will now close at 6PM SUNDAY for Tuesday delivery.

Thanks again for a brilliant first week. We’re only getting started.
