This is how I fill my gratitude cup up 🌿

When I’m not nursing, planning, consulting, or creating flowers for weddings, funerals, and events, this is where you’ll usually find me - reconnecting with nature, slowing down, and returning to the land@( usually with a dog or chicken by my side )

Over the years, I’ve realised life isn’t always about moving at a fast pace. It’s about living more intentionally. As I step into this new season of life, I’m focusing more on what truly matters - family, friendships, making people feel seen, special, cared for, and creating floral arrangements that bring a feeling of wholeness and connection.
Because pleasure is often short-lived but giving brings a deeper kind of happiness. And flowers have always been my way of giving.
Lately, I’ve been grounding myself more in nature, growing, nourishing, and learning to live in a way that feels more holistic, nurturing, and aligned. Choosing slower moments. More nutritious food. More gratitude and to be more present for both my family and myself.

This is the season I’m in and honestly, it feels like coming home 🤍 x🌅🫶✨

Lilies are definitely a flower I have a love-hate relationship with right up until I see the finished design. 🌿🤍

As a studio florist, they can be such tricky customers. They need to be bought well in advance, carefully conditioned, bathed in warm water, constantly recut, and given plenty of daylight and attention. But when they finally open to perfection, they are absolutely worth every bit of care.

This beautiful coffin spray was created with Avalanche roses, lilies, Eustoma and soft spring foliage for a very special gentleman. Every bloom in this tribute was quite literally nursed to perfection.

Every arrangement I create is made with so much heart and thought behind it, and it is always a privilege to design something so meaningful for a family during such a difficult time.

Sending love, strength, and comfort to all of his family and friends at this sad time ###

Yesterday, I had the honour of donating a small bouquet of beautiful blue irises to the reception desk at the Ayrshire Hospice💜💛

Irises symbolise faith, hope and wisdom, while blue irises represent optimism and new beginnings a small reminder of comfort and kindness for everyone who walks through the doors.

It was a privilege to share a little bit of beauty with such a special place. 🌿
