🚨 BUNGEE TRAMPOLINE OPERATOR WANTED 🚨

Due to an unexpected cancellation, we are looking for a Bungee Trampoline operator for the Geddington Summer Fete on Sunday 5th July 2026.

This is a well-established village fete with a strong family attendance, and the bungee trampolines were a key part of our planned attractions programme.

📍 Geddington Playing Fields, Northamptonshire
📅 Sunday 5th July 2026
⏰ Event Hours: 11am–4pm (set-up from 9am)

The fete will feature:
• Over 30 stalls
• Licensed bar
• Food vendors and refreshments
• Professional DJ
• Viking demonstrations
• Birds of Prey display
• Duck Race
• 'Battle of the Brook' tug-of-war competition
• Traditional village fete attractions and activities

We already have inflatables and other attractions booked, so we are specifically looking for a Bungee Trampoline attraction.

Operators must hold appropriate insurance, certification and risk assessments.

⏰ The countdown is on – just one month to go until the Geddington Summer Fete!

We're working hard behind the scenes to make sure it's another fantastic day for the whole community, packed with entertainment, activities, food, drink and plenty of fun.

As always, we'll need lots of volunteers to help make the day a success. Whether you can spare an hour or stay all day, we'd love to hear from you. There will be a variety of roles available, including set-up, marshalling and helping with the clear-up afterwards.

If you'd like to lend a hand, please send us a message.

After all, many hands make light work! 😊

Fynnius Fogg gig update...

Although ticket sales weren’t quite as high as we’d hoped, we’re really pleased that after covering our expenses, the evening still raised a fantastic £160.

We were delighted to share this with Geddington TOTS, and Steph presented Laura with a cheque for £80. The funds will help them buy new equipment such as a reading tent and a little kitchen, with any remaining amount going towards the village hall rent.

A big thank-you to everyone who came along and supported the event — your support made all the difference!
