Please Do not buy personalised items from The Laser Boutique
I bought my granddaughter a rocking swan on 18th August 2025 I paid £127.48 the item was received with marks on 1 I think is a burn.
Within minutes of receiving the item i opened a support ticket on their website with photos advisng the item was damaged and to arange collection and a refund. I went on to email them a few days later in which i received a response saying they were on holiday so I waited for them to return from holiday and emailed them again still no response as a last resort I raised a dispute with PayPal. Today paypal have closed the case in the sellers favour. The seller is saying the item wasn't sent to me like that. I have called paypal and they won't refund as the item is personalised. As you can see on the photo the item was delivered at 10.54,I received a response from my ticket at 11.02. In the 8 minutes I unpacked the item checked it saw the marks took photos , went to website looked for phone number which there isnt one to so had a raise a ticket inputed my details then submitted the ticket.
I believe they have sent me a faulty item as they will have known I paid by paypal and wouldn't be able to return and get my money back.
I also left feedback on there page and have now noticed reviews now cant be seen or im blocked 🙈.
Please beware theie items aren't cheap and to me £127.48 is alot of money .
I have contacted action fraud as advised by paypal to do so and would urge anyone else who has received faulty items to do the same.

I have now arranged return as stated in the consumer rights act 2015
"If the custom-made item is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or not as described, you have the right to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act
"
