To all our clients past, present and future.
The Covid 19 pandemic has brought a serious amount of disruption to the events & hire industry.
With many if not all by now music venues, colleges, wedding venues and theaters temporarily closing doors until further notice.
We understand concern for our clients who have already made bookings with us across the difficult months we all face ahead.
I would like to inform you personally that we are lucky enough to have a home based office where we will be contactable via e-mail or phone to postpone or re arrange any event date booking if required.
One question we have been asked frequently is, will it increase our booking costs to move dates or postpone and the simple answer is no.
We are more than happy to honor all bookings we have taken and bookings agreed to also include any charities we help at later dates.
We do understand that some event dates can not be moved and therefore will and have been cancelled.
Core Event Hire will be ready to start where we left off once the UK is through these next difficult months ahead and look forward to working with you all again.
