🌺 I’m sharing a very special order today which came from a local family. They asked me to use a selection of flowers and foliage from a much loved garden (with over 400 plants!) to create two hand tied tributes for a woodland burial.

It was an honour to be able to do this for them and from the variety and quality of the plants I can tell that their loved one was an excellent gardener.💚

Hope you’re coping ok with this hot weather! I’m managing to keep the flowers happy.

I’ve worked on a variety of special orders this week, including tribute posies, refill vases and gift bouquets. I delivered 4 seasonal wrapped bouquets to a local school. All featuring beautiful British blooms from a lovely flower farm in Stapleford.

This week is British flowers week 🇬🇧 🌸

I love working with seasonal British grown flowers and foliage. I order them from a local flower farm and a family run grower and wholesaler who supply a wide range of flowers they grow in Cornwall. I also use items that I’ve grown in my own garden 🌿

This is extra special to me because my Grandad and his family were also flower farmers in the fens.

🌿 Hope you’re having a good week. This is a natural wreath tribute made on a vine base and tied with twine. There are dried items and seed heads, long lasting foliage and flowers which will still look good as they fade.

Peony season is here! They’ve featured in quite a few of my floral creations this week, including a beautiful bridal bouquet. I’ve also been working with more wonderful seasonal British grown flowers.

Rustic milk churns are back in stock and I think they look so lovely when filled with summer flowers.
