It's mid August but we're talking about New Year's Resolutions because one musician is powering through with his aim to perform a 365 day gig in 2026 👀

We're talking about Isaac Neilson and he's coming to Somerset on Friday 21 August The Tunnels - Frome.

You are invited to become part of his do-or-die year by enjoying a night of live music from this wonderful Derbyshire-based singer-songwriter.

Isaac started on open mic nights at the age of 12 and started writing songs in 2022, landing a BBC Introducing slot Y Not Festival in 2024. However, as many musicians find and is indeed the reason why our business, Sonar Presents, exists, he found gatekeeping in the industry held him back. This coupled with the increased barriers faced by working class artists made him feel like he couldn't break through in the notoriously difficult music industry. He is trying to build momentum with a gig every single day.

It goes without saying, we are absolutely delighted to share this story and we can't wait to catch up with him on Friday 21 August in Somerset.

So, will we see you there too?

Friday 4th September sees the return of Eruption to The Tunnels! ❤️‍🔥

We are very excited to welcome Marcio, who will be doing a live PA that is not to be missed. We also have local legends Matt L, Dale Martin and Max K playing along side Eruption’s Gary C!

Roll on Thrash and Burn 🤘

Just a little reminder that we have a few gigs coming up soon, including a few places we’ve never played before.

One of those places is Frome, where we head to on Saturday 1st August. We’re playing at The Tunnels with two great bands in support - Typan and the VioletCrazies

The very next day we play at Cambridge Rock Festival for only the second time. We’ll post our time slot on the day.

On Thursday September 3rd we head all the way to Edinburgh, headlining at The Banshee Labyrinth. More great support that night from Nassau Band, Man Made Origin and Nothing Speaks. In fact, those same guys will be joining us the next day (4th) for our very first show in Dundee at Hidden Dundee

Then on Saturday September 5th we head to Glossop for the second time, once again playing at The Globe Glossop
