Smoked garlic and green bean Mac & "Cheese" 😋
Using oat cream and vegan butter, a bit of nooch, mustard and plant based cheese, this was a super creamy, cheesy, hearty meal ❤️

A lovely lunch from last week!
Coconut squash stew 🥘 stir fried sesame January king cabbage (our new favourite cabbage!) 🥬 and coconut and lime leaf rice from merchant gourmet - the cornerstone of our work lunches these days 😋

Working together means lunching together! This week we were very lucky to be gifted a home grown spaghetti squash by which we roasted and mixed up with roasted garlic passata, kale and pecans! 🍝

Alriiiighty, who is keen for some merch? A bunch of you have mentioned lately you'd love a t-shirt, obviously we sold out a while ago of the first run but we are now hoping to do one in another attempt to raise money so I can stay in the UK.

Here are the two designs, this will be a limited run and only if we get enough pre-orders as I can't afford to lose the money right now. T shirts are £25 + Shipping (UK only at the moment, sorry Aus!) and come in sizes Small to 5XL. If you're keen, shoot me a direct message with your order and we'll organise payment.

Every Saturday morning, I start my weekend face first into one of , honestly in my opinion, the best street food Frome has to offer 🤤 You couldn't meet a nicer guy than Justin (the owner) and the pleasant social experience is paired perfectly with the flavour bomb that you're carefully (not in my case 😅) trying to navigate into your mouth whilst it drips down your hands.

The doubles are completely vegan of course, however I will shout out to of Owens Sausage who shares the space with Justin. Owen brings handmade, nordic inspired sausages, everything is made onsite with care and attention, and he has the loveliest cold beers as well (that I am definitely aware of 😅)

Either way, whether you're a Fromie or passing through, if you're around on a Saturday, go find the little hidden gem at the back of the station - you won't be disappointed!
