All of my cutlery is pre-loved and now living their best life a second time around. All of the knives (starter, main & dessert), forks (starter, knives & dessert), and the dessert spoons are all King's Pattern. Beautiful, aren't they.

I also supply silver-plated cake forks and teaspoons.

I've got a few busy weeks coming up, so after collecting yesterday's birthday party, china and cutlery, washing it up, and packing it away. I've set about some prep work for a styled shoot taking place at with styling by .halo. This is the china for it.

The same weekend, I've got a wedding for 75 guests inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Those beautiful polka dots in today’s story are part of the china, what could be more perfect!!

The theme around VE Day 80 is hosting a tea party to celebrate the end of World War 2 and to remember, commemorate, and thank all of those who fought and gave up their lives for us today.

D I N N E R P L A T E S

Today, I'm starting a job on www.thevintageteaservice.com that I should have started months ago, even further back, really, and that's getting dinner plates onto the website. I started taking the pictures earlier this week. What I need to do is group together the 8" (dessert and salad/starter plates) and the 9" plates, too.

I did start producing a new website last year, but then decided that associated (and ongoing) costs would be too high, so I just thought, why not add a section on to The Vintage Tea Service website.

Once I'm happy with it, I'll launch it.

P E R F E C T P O L K A D O T S

Excitedly, I headed out to collect the green and blue teacups, saucers, and tea plates this morning. I am in ❤️. I now need to find the yellow, maeve, black and pink now to feed my addiction to these cute, pretty trios!!!

If you would like to hire these teacups, saucers, and tea plates, there are:

5 x red trio
4 x green trio
4 x blue trio.

UPDATE: The love lady who I bought all of this gorgeous china from has found another blue trio. I will be collecting next weekend.

I'm dotty about these teacups, saucers, and tea plates. Even better news, I'm picking up a set of yellow and blue on Tuesday morning.

In total, I will have 12 of these polka dot teacups, saucers, and tea plates. I will post again on Tuesday to give you a peek at them together.

Y O U R W E D D I N G B R E A K F A S T

A wedding with vintage china is a beautiful affair. Not only does it add an elegance to your day, but it also creates a bespoke and timeless feel to your day.

The Vintage Tea Service offers a number of crockery packages and a crockery and catering package with .

The crockery packages start at £5.50 a head, this includes, all the crockery and cutlery needed to host a wonderful wedding breakfast and also the set-up and pack-up services.

The crockery and catering package provides all the crockery and cutlery, a four course afternoon tea comprising of dainty finger sandwiches, a savoury, a scone (fruit or plain) served with clotted cream and preserve, and of course cake!! And let's not forget the tea. The set-up and pack-up services are included, too.

You may not be offering afternoon tea, but you would like to have either a dessert table or a tea and coffee station.

Another service is dinnerware. Please do get in contact about this service.
