Thanks to the P & J for spending some time at the Mosset Tavern last week as we celebrate 20 years at the Mosset.
Whilst the article touches on my accidental falling in love with hospitality and our humble beginnings, it’s important to say that these 20 years have only been possible because of an outstanding team.
From the hundreds of young people who had their first job with us (and are now not so young 😏), to the long-standing backbone of the business who have been with us for many years, every single person has played a part in shaping the Mosset Tavern.
A special mention must go to Phil, our Head Chef, and Morven, our Manager, who are associated with the Mosset just as much as we are. Their hard work, loyalty and care have helped shape what the Mosset has become over the years.
To our chef brigade — Allen, Forrest, Dean, Kerian, Clara, Zac and Freya — our fantastic front of house team: Melanie (13 years’ service), Kristina, Gemma, Rebecca, Melissa, Chloe, Patrick, Laila, Lexi, Emma, Leo (our boy), Faye, Amber, Olivia, Euan, Liam, Louise, Lucas, Torin, Millie and Amelie, and our incredible back of house team: Allan, Shannon, Sarah, Rachel, Amanda and Fiona (26 years’ service)… thank you.
And to the original landlady of the Mosset, Melissa - a special mention and thanks 😊
