“I’d love to offer a 6-week Seated Ceremony Series designed especially for the intimacy of the Sanctuary room. My background is in hosting cacao, blue lotus, and full moon ceremonies, and I’ve adapted these practices into a format that works powerfully even without the need to lie down.
Each session would be themed around heart connection, inner clarity, gentle ritual, and sensory presence, using tools like cacao, blue lotus tea, breath, voice, journaling, and sound — all from a seated position on floor cushions.
Some possible sessions include:

-Full Moon Flame Circle
-Blue Lotus & Inner Vision
-Sensory Temple Night
-Breath & Sound Activation
-Create Your Own Ceremony (teaching others how to host ceremonies for themselves or others)
My intention is to offer something both nourishing and empowering, helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom and each other.”
