We had another amazing night on Friday with Newcastle legend Nobby Solano. A huge thank you to Nobby who was a fantastic guest. Also huge thanks to Joe Allon as always the best compere on the circuit. Our main sponsor on the night , Paul Innes - Magician & Entertainer , and our associate sponsors Rob Birdsall at Prints Charming. And of course the audience , great crowd and some great questions during the Q&A - one of whom almost got Nobby to buy a Harry Kane shirt!

NUFC Central Player of the day: Nolberto "Nobby" Solano.

Solano remains a "cult hero" on Tyneside, where he is affectionately known as an "adopted Geordie".

Two Stints: He played for Newcastle from 1998–2004 and again from 2005–2007, making over 230 appearances and scoring 38 goals.

First Peruvian: He was the first Peruvian to play in the Premier League and appear in an FA Cup final.

Off-Pitch: Outside of football, he famously formed a salsa band called The Geordie Latinos and is well-known for his trumpet playing.
Though his current job takes him to Islamabad for matches, he still lives in the North East of England and is frequently recognised by fans in Newcastle.
