💛 That’s a wrap on Festival of Work 2025! 💛

We were proud to support CIPD HR-Inform, part of the Croner-i group, with their stand at this year’s event at ExCeL London.

This vibrant space — complete with a bright yellow carpet you couldn’t miss — was built using reused framework, graphics, and furniture, proving once again that sustainable exhibiting doesn’t mean compromising on impact.

We were in Barcelona this week for Shoptalk Europe with our long-standing client Avalara.

This is the second stand we built for them this year and we couldn't be happier. The stand expertly shows the flexibility of a modular stand.

We first showcased it's 3.6m version at Retail Technology Show (where we had a lot less height restrictions) earlier this year. Fira Gran Via, Barcelona has a cap on 2.4m, which meant reducing the height quite drastically.

Overall Avalara were looking for a distinctive design that would fit a variety of spaces throughout the year, without compromising on look and feel.

Taking key features, such as their bespoke bamboo counter, seating space, and maximising on storage - completes the effortless look we were aiming for.

🎓Student Life, On the Move: A Tour of Real Living Spaces 🛏️🧺🎮

When the brilliant team at came to us with an idea for an experiential campaign that brought student accommodation to life - we were all in.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲?
Design and build a modular structure that reflects the real student living experience:

🛏️ bedroom,
🧺 laundry, and
🎮 leisure

It needs to be an all in one eye-catching, transportable installation.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁?
A three-part wall that’s been on tour across three London universities, wrapping up in Nottingham after a month on the road. Indoors, outdoors, 2x2m or full-size - this build adapted to every environment thrown at it.

Big thanks to our build partners Alfa Display & Design for helping us bring this vision to life.

Last week was a busy one at Be Exhibitions and we couldn't be more grateful.

This month alone, we're building at the Airspace World, Accountex and Parkex, and in June you'll find us at NACFB Commercial Finance Expo, ShopTalk Europe, and Care Management Show.

From , , and , to and - we're officially calling this quarter 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘖𝘯𝘦. ✈️🌍

Here are a few of our favourite shots from this week’s build for Croner-i at Accountex and what a brilliant few days they had.

Their 6x6m stand is a brilliant example of smart, sustainable design. After using the same design two years ago, they purchased this modular system last year - and it’s been working hard ever since.

The same framework adapts to create their smaller stands throughout the year, from 4x3m and 6x3m to 3x3m formats.

For this year’s Accountex, they needed something extra special (for their second stand), a high-end, VIP-style stand to represent their VIP Tax Team brand. We were proud to bring that vision to life.

🎥 From Brief to Build: Micro Nav at Airspace World 2025 ✈️

Day 2 at Airspace World feels like the perfect moment to share how we brought Micro Nav’s vision to life - from initial concept to a fully built exhibition stand.

As a leader in air traffic control simulation, Micro Nav needed a space that could handle complex technical demos, while also offering comfortable meeting areas for both their team and their sister company, ATS.

Our design focused on:
✅ Maximising demo space
✅ Creating dual-purpose meeting zones
✅ Seamless branding integration
✅ Smart storage solutions
✅ Eye-catching LED lighting on the floor and demo desk
✅ Natural wood and foliage accents to soften the tech-heavy environment

A few weeks ago we delivered all the lovely Easter Eggs that were donated by some amazing local companies in and around Bournemouth and Poole, including Tesco, Asda, Think Research, Be Exhibitions, as well as personal donations made by our staff here at Prama.
Our Howell House Memory Lane Group which supports people living with dementia and memory loss were thrilled to receive their eggs. A big thank you to all those companies and individuals that supported us 😍

It's not just exhibition venues that we get to see. This week, we're working with GottaBe! Marketing on this fantastic little university roadshow.

Today we're at Middlesex University, showcasing accommodation for the students. The brief was to show three distinct areas, laundry, bedroom and recreation.

With GottaBe! expertly dressing the stand with props and graphic design, the project has been a great success, giving the feel of fantastic student accommodation on offer.

Thank you to Alfa Display & Design for their fantastic Linx system to help make this project come to fruition.

It's not just exhibitions that can be catered for, anything experiential can be done!
