June is looking absolutely packed with tacos, tunes, and taprooms! 🌮🍻✨

We are hitting the road this month to bring our 100% Gluten-Free, ferment-charged Mexican street food to some of our absolute favourite spots across Kent and East Sussex.

Sunday 7th - Tacos & Pups at Radnor Park! 🐾🌮

Calling all dog lovers! This Sunday, 7th June, we are heading over to Radnor Park in Folkestone for a very special day out. We’ll be fueling the crowds and their canine companions at the brilliant Paws for Thought Dog Show, hosted by the Folkestone RSPCA! 🐕❤️

The event runs from 10am to 3pm, so whether you’re entering your pup into a category or just coming down to admire the dogs, make sure to follow the smell of fresh limes and slow cooked meats over to our gazebo.

On the Menu:

We are bringing the Mexicorn gazebo back to the coast!
If you fancy a stroll along the beautiful Hythe seafront this weekend, you can find us serving up fresh, ferment-charged Mexican street food to fuel your walk.

📍 Where: The eastern end of Princess Parade, Hythe (look out for our vibrant setup!)
🗓️ When: Saturday 30th May
⏰ Time: 10:30am to 3:00pm daily (or until we sell out!)

We’ll be cooking up our signature 100% Gluten-Free menu, featuring our pulled meats and beans Taco Flights topped with house curtido, our loaded nachos, and zesty grilled elotes.
We do all the slow prep in our kitchen so we can serve you fast, leaving you more time to sit by the sea, soak up the fresh air, and enjoy the food.
We’ll also have our cool boxes loaded with ice cold soft drinks so you can refresh from the heat.

Let’s talk about the main event this Bank Holiday weekend: The Taco Flight. 🌮🔥

If you’re heading down to Folkestone Harbour Arm to soak up the sunshine, we’ve got your lunch (and dinner) sorted. We serve our tacos in “flights,” meaning you can mix and match your fillings to create the ultimate custom plate.
Every single one is served on a fresh, 100% gluten-free corn tortilla and piled high with our signature tangy house curtido (fermented cabbage slaw) for that ultimate gut-friendly flavour bomb. 💥

Here is the lineup you can choose from this weekend:

🐷 Pork Carnitas: Juicy, meltingly tender slow-cooked pork shoulder, packed with traditional spices and citrus notes.

🍗 Chicken Tinga: Shredded chicken simmered low and slow in a smoky, rich chipotle and tomato sauce. Perfect if you like a little kick.

🌵 Black Bean & Cactus: Our plant-based superstar. Earthy black beans paired with tender, zesty cactus (nopales)—it’s vibrant, fresh, and a total crowd-favourite for vegans and meat-eaters alike.

🌽 Let’s talk about the absolute fan-favourite of the Mexicorn menu: Elotes.

If you’ve never had Mexican street corn before, you are missing out on one of the greatest flavour combinations on the planet. It is sweet, salty, tangy, a little bit spicy, and completely addictive.

We take juicy corn on the cob, grill it to perfection, and then load it up with:

✨ A generous drizzle of zesty lime butter

🧀 A coating of creamy queso blanco

🌶️ A dusting of Tajín (that classic Mexican chilli-lime seasoning)

🌿 A scatter of fresh coriander

It’s messy, it’s vibrant, and it tastes exactly like sunshine. ☀️

Bank Holiday weekend 😍 Tacos for Two by the sea 🌊☀️

The weather forecast is looking absolutely beautiful, which means there is only one place to be this weekend: soaking up the sunshine, taking in those stunning coastal views, and tucking into some seriously banging Mexican street food.

We are setting up the Mexicorn gazebo at Folkestone Harbour Arm for all three days of the long weekend!

⏰ Saturday 23rd – Monday 25th May | 11am to 6pm daily

Here is what we’re cooking up to keep those sunshine vibes going:

The Food Menu (100% Gluten-Free):

🌮 Tacos: Choose from juicy Pork Carnitas, smoky Chicken Tinga, or our plant-based Black Bean & Cactus. All served on fresh corn tortillas with our signature tangy house curtido.

🧀 Loaded Nachos: Crunchy tortia chips piled high with our homemade nacho cheese sauce, fresh guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream. (Fancy going fully loaded? Just ask to add extra meat or beans!)

🍟 Loaded Fries: All the same incredible nacho toppings, but served over crispy fries instead (no sour cream on these bad boys).

🌽 Elotes: True Mexican street corn on the cob, drizzled with zesty lime butter, queso blanco, and a perfect sprinkle of Tajín and fresh coriander.

To Drink:

🍹 Frozen Margaritas & Classic Margarita Cocktails (the ultimate warm-weather drink!)
