Happy 11th wedding anniversary to my favourite human. ❤️

11 years later and you’re still my biggest cheerleader, my calm in the chaos, and the person who somehow manages to support all my ideas — even the slightly wild ones. Thank you for always believing in me, encouraging my career, and reminding me I can do hard things… while also making me laugh when I take life too seriously.

We’ve built a beautiful life together filled with love, laughter, teamwork, and probably far too many takeaway dinners and unfinished Netflix series. And honestly? I wouldn’t want to do life with anyone else.

Here’s to 11 amazing years, all the memories we’ve made, and many more adventures ahead together. I’ll keep choosing you, forever. ✨

Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week đź’š

Grief can change everything. It can affect how we think, sleep, work, socialise and cope with everyday life. No two people experience it in the same way. Some people talk openly about how they’re feeling. Others carry it quietly. Some feel supported, while others can feel incredibly alone, even when surrounded by people.

One thing that matters so much during those difficult moments is knowing there is someone to turn to. Whether that’s a friend, a family member, or a professional support service, having someone listen without judgement can make the weight of grief feel a little less heavy.
