Thank you to everyone that joined us this Friday, what a session that was!
Feeling grateful that after 3 years we are still here, with old friends from day 1 and many new ones.

🪘Next month’s session we are joined by the brilliant Kevin Richards: drummer, singer and all round musician from the bands Mampama and Gumboots.

Kevin will be bringing the drum and congas for earthy, organic rhythms. We are very much looking forward to have him opening the dance as well as play alongside André’s set.

Hello friends
This Friday we are back for our monthly HeartBeat dance session at St Eanswythe primary hall, 6.45pm - 8.30pm

We will be joined by the brilliant Sjoukje from threads of healing, opening and closing the session with the drum and guiding us into our hearts and dance.

André will be playing all things Electronic folk from around the world, afro house, funk and a few usual surprises.

Sasha & André invite you to a special evening of movement, music, and deepened ritual.

For this dance, we’re honoured to welcome Sjoukje Gummels, shamanic practitioner and founder of Threads of Healing, who will be guiding us with an opening and closing drumming to support heart connection and integration.

Sjoukje brings a grounded presence and deep connection to earth-based healing. Her work invites you into a space of authenticity, transformation and trust — the perfect container for our dance journey.

🌀 Expect a held, heartful space
🌀 As always, a rich DJ set with global rhythms & basslines
🌀 An opening circle to welcome you, and a ritual to land back home in yourself

💚 Sasha & André invite you to carve out time for movement, music and magic.
We’re dancing monthly on the first Friday of each month, and you are welcome.
