I’m excited to announce another date for a Christmas Wreath Workshop.

🎄 So the time has come, this year’s wreath workshops are now live! 🎄

This might be early for some however I’ve already had bookings for private sessions in August!!

Things are going to be ever so slightly different this year. I will not be travelling to Sussex for any workshops for personal reasons, I will be 7 and a half months pregnant. I WILL be back next year!

Wreath Decorating Workshop
After listening to some feedback, plus also being asked if I have any child friendly classes I have decided to run a Decorating Workshop.

I will be providing you with a freshly made spruce wreath, made by myself. All other materials and decorations will then be provided and then I will give you step by step instructions on how to decorate your Wreath.

This one’s taken me a little while to post because I haven’t been able to find the words.

It was an honour to be asked to do these funeral flowers for a loving daughter, mother and friend. I always find peace when doing funeral flowers, especially for someone I’ve had the pleasure of knowing, it feels like the final time you can do something for them.

The family had a private funeral and then a memorial service and celebration of life the following day. The brief was cottage garden flowers in pastel colours.

Pictured are the coffin spray and 2 pedestals for the private funeral. Then for the memorial the family requested the church to be dressed with flowers as she loved fresh flowers. I created more arrangements similar to the pedestals to place on the floor within the church, also a low arrangement for a table at the alter.

Congratulations to Alice and Jack on their wedding. I hope you had a wonderful day.

It was a very hot one on Friday but this venue was stunning. Flowers were shining in the sun, I loved the colour scheme of burnt orange, sage green and creams.

The gold stands you can see around the isle where then moved inside as table centres, this is a great way to utilise flowers for the ceremony and reception without the added expense.

Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Mitchell!!

I can’t believe it’s been a week since your big wedding!! I did Viki’s bridal bouquet back in January for her legal ceremony, it was so lovely do create the bridal party flowers and table centres for this wedding too. Lovely elegant combination of whites and peaches to go with a sage green theme.

We also had the privilege of attending the evening celebrations of Viki and Jamie’s wedding. I told you last Saturday was busy!! We had a fab time, thanks for having us.

Rain on your wedding day is good luck!!

This weekend was a busy one with two weddings, both different styles and colour schemes!

The first one was very special, we also had the privilege of attending this wedding to watch an old school friend get married.

Huge congratulations to Mr & Mrs Kear!

Right from the start Caitlin knew exactly what she wanted. The brief was to look like the flowers had just been picked from the garden, Sweat Peas and Lavender were a must, with a colour scheme of Lilac.

This wedding was slightly different to normal, it was part DIY. The bride wanted to create the table and venue flowers herself. I provided her with a recipe for each vase and the correct amount of flowers. The bridal party had great fun creating all the arrangements the afternoon before. This then left me to create the bouquet, buttonholes and wrist corsage. Plus a wicker memorial heart and a flower crown for a little flower girl, this didn’t stay on long enough for a photo!

Thank you for allowing me the honour of creating your wedding flowers and having us to celebrate your special day!!

Happy Friday

A few weeks ago I was commissioned by Hartley Wintney Golf club to create two small artificial flower arrangements.

The Head Groundsman wanted to use them on the first Tee on ladies day. They were such a hit they asked for two more.

Today I delivered them another two!! Last slide shows the flowers on the Tee.

Looking forward to working with Hartley Wintney Golf club again soon.
