Weddings at Backhouse Rossie Estate

We are excited to launch the beautiful Backhouse Rossie Estate on the outskirts of the North East Fife town of Auchtermuchty as a new wedding venue. Easy to reach and find as we are just 18 miles South of Perth/ West of St Andrews, 40 miles East of Glasgow and 60 miles North of Edinburgh.

Backhouse Rossie Estate has something to offer whatever season you choose to get married. In spring we have our National Heritage Daffodil Collection and in summer our herbaceous borders, rose arches and grass labyrinths. Autumn is the time for our apple and fruit harvest and all year round our champion trees, woodland walks and stunning water features can be enjoyed by all.

Outdoor ceremonies for up to 100 people can be enjoyed at various parts of the garden along with your drinks reception, lawn games and our very own putting green to entertain your guests while you have your photos taken.

If you prefer an indoor ceremony our new barn conversion has a beautiful dedicated ceremony area.
