Lots of thank yous are in order…

Sending out a huge thank you to everyone who came to our first event at the beautiful Harvest House in Felixstowe on Saturday, you all made it such an incredible day.

Special thank yous to all our wonderful and talented independent makers and artists who brought us so many beautifully and thoughtfully curated stalls and who really did all shine in this beautiful historic grade II listed building.

We had a constant stream of fabulous shoppers who enjoyed buying from and talking to all our wonderful local artists and makers.

There really was such a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere to the day, it really couldn’t have gone any better.

Thank you also to all our incredible friends and family who made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day and to the fabulous Harvest House residents who conducted tours and created a pop up cafe for us, it really was a fabulous supportive collective all round.

Thank you to our wonderful local community and all our collaborators who shared content across social media, delivered leaflets and helped us to put up banners, and our brilliant local Felixstowe Radio who allowed us on to the airwaves to champion our event more than once.

None of this would have been possible without every single one of you, thank you all so very much.

It’s today!
Saturday 18th April.
Come and join is in the beautiful downstairs rooms at Harvest House in Felixstowe for our Spring Pop up Collective.
A gathering of some of the most talented local creatives inspired by our beautiful coast.
Sitting prominently on the cliffs at Felixstowe Harvest House will be hosting our fabulous exhibitors and also opening its doors to guided tours and a pop up cafe.

Ursula Whitesides Stained Glass Artist.
Ursula has been working with Stained Glass for 30 years.

Her work is inspired by her love of wildlife.
Dragonflies, butterflies and birds are popular images that she likes to use in her designs for stained glass windows and sun catchers.
Ursula takes commissions and will design anything from floral wreaths to Pet Portraits in stained glass.

We have so much talent among us in Felixstowe and we’re so happy to be able to announce that Spinnaker Glass another Felixstowe artist will be joining us on Saturday.

Spinnaker Glass works with traditional stained glass, copper foil, and fused glass.

Claire from Spinnaker Glass is a local glass artist working from her cosy studio in Old Felixstowe, specialising in repairs and renovations as well as new work.
Alongside her larger glass projects Claire has her own range of fused glass jewellery.
She is passionate about keeping the craft alive through her traditional stained glass practice; along with her restorations reviving tired panels whilst preserving their original character.

Claire also teaches her craft in small, friendly workshops inspiring students to create something beautiful with her knowledge of different techniques.

We are really looking forward to welcoming another Felixstowe artist, Jo is passionate about wildlife which is reflected in her work.
Jo works mainly with pastel but also enjoys graphite as a medium.

Louise Greenwood will also be joining us on Saturday as part of our wonderful collective.

Louise is a ceramic artist whose practice explores form, texture, and the quiet beauty of everyday objects.
Working from her studio, she creates both functional and sculptural domestic pieces that reflect a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and materiality.
Her work often draws inspiration from the coast and natural forms. Alongside her artistic practice, Louise has a background in teaching, where she has inspired others to develop their own creative voice.

We absolutely love Ruth’s work and are so pleased that she will be joining us with her collections of both Art and Jewellery on Saturday.

Ruth creates contemporary jewellery in her home studio in Felixstowe, on the lovely Suffolk coast.
She finds inspiration in the patterns on a tiny pebble and the colours of the sunrise over the sea.
All her earrings are lightweight and easy to wear.
She works with hand painted aluminium, dichroic glass and recycled silver to create a variety of drop earrings, studs and necklaces.
The chains, ear hooks, posts and backs are always sterling silver.

Ruth will also be exhibiting a selection of her abstract art inspired by our beautiful coast and ever changing landscape of the vast skies that we are lucky enough to to see here in Felixstowe.

Ruth also does workshops and is the founder of the Woodbridge Creative Market.
