There are some messages that stay with you long after the wedding day itself… and this was one of them 🥹✨

Receiving this beautiful handwritten note from one of my couples truly meant the world to me 💛

On a wedding day, there are always moments guests never see behind the scenes:
timelines shifting, unexpected challenges, supplier coordination, last-minute problem solving and keeping everything flowing calmly and smoothly 🤍

For this wedding, that included everything from blown fuses to broken coat racks and schedule changes - but my priority always remains the same:
protecting the couple’s experience so they can stay fully present in the moment 💫

Being trusted with such an important day is never something I take lightly, and knowing I helped bring calm and reassurance means more than I can put into words 🤍

🌟At the Heart of Felixstowe Businesses – A New Chapter with the Chamber🌟

I’m absolutely delighted to share that I’ve partnered with the Felixstowe Chamber of Commerce team!

I’m proud to be stepping into a role where I can broaden my work in the local community. My focus will be on organising networking events, supporting fellow members and creating opportunities that help Felixstowe businesses thrive—together.

Over the past year, launching and growing my own business has given me invaluable insights into the power of connection, collaboration, and community. The relationships I’ve built through local networking have been game-changing — not just for business growth, but for personal confidence and shared success.

🏆 Bespoke Event Management Company of the Year – London & South East! 🏆

I’m beyond proud to share that Bateman Elegant Events has been named the 2025/26 Bespoke Event Management Company of the Year for London & the South East — all within my first year of business. 💛

It’s hard to put into words what this means, but one thing I do know is that this wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible people around me. To every client who’s trusted me, every friend and family member who’s cheered me on, every company who’s collaborated with me — thank you. From the bottom of my heart. 🐝

This award is part of the Prestige Awards, with judging based on client feedback, online presence, company values, and a formal submission — all reviewed by an expert panel. To have stood out amongst so many talented businesses across the region is truly humbling.

The official announcement will be made in the coming months, through both national publications and a formal awards ceremony — so this is just a little teaser for now!

There’s so much more ahead… but for today, I’m taking a moment to pause and celebrate this milestone. Thank you again for helping me make this dream a reality. 💫
