Last week I had the honour of creating this farewell tribute for a much loved husband, dad & local man.
His wife wanted an unstructured arrangement that looked like it had been picked from a meadow on a country walk.
I used lots of greenery, smaller flowers & dried elements.
His daughter also ordered 3 smaller posies for his granddaughters.
Lindy I hope you don’t mind me sharing this story, he loved a pint, so a glass & beer was placed on his coffin added their personal touch by pouring half a glass, as he was always spotted with a beer in his hand.
I always like to do a personalised consultation in my flower studio with the loved one’s family as it gives me a sense of who they were.
