What a fantastic weekend for a garden wedding!

Newly married Ian and Becky, along with their supportive friends and family, worked tirelessly to transform their backyard into the dreamiest wedding venue.

With rolling Hampshire hills and a curious herd of Red Angus in the background, guests enjoyed the shade and cool breezes from the open-sided stretch tent.

We set ourselves up in their kitchen and worked our magic to feed guests a vibrant and delicious lineup of locally sourced and seasonally available dishes, designed to be shared family-style down the center of the long trestle tables.

Celebrating a friend's 40th at the pottery last night with all her faves.

Spicy margs flowing, touches of truffle, ALL the Welsh cheese, picky bits, and crudités (as well as our synonymous wood-fired pizzas and salads).

Big thanks to all the team for their tremendous hard work, allowing me to let my hair down. (Don't worry, I didn't end up sleeping in the flower bed this time!)

Doing our thang!

I can't believe that this was only a week ago; we've just been non-stop since and, quite frankly, in a bit of a spin!

Still glowing from this fabulous 70th/70s party at the pottery, followed by a family Sunday lunch for a 92nd birthday, and then a super busy week at the coffee shop.

As ever, so ridiculously proud of our amazing team (they work so hard, always go all in, and are just the best fun to work with). The best customers and clients we could wish for...they even dropped in thank-you cards and chocolates the following day!

To all our regulars, thank you for supporting us. We really do appreciate it and letting us keep doing our thing.

Love actually is all around

Great night last night catering for staff Christmas supper party in their very well-appointed offices, and "below deck" kichen.

Such a lovely bunch, we treated them to the full Christmas works! A seafood starter featuring our beetroot-cured gravlax, coquille St. Jacques, and lobster tails. Turkey and all the trimmings, finishing off with (my great-grandma's recipe) Christmas pudding and brandy clotted cream.

Sunday 14th of December up in the fancy loft at the Farnham Pottery. Between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Spaces are limited to eight children at a time. (All children must be accompanied by an adult, and please do dress to get messy!)

CHRISTMAS HAS LANDED!

Today we had the absaloute pleasure of hosting for their christmas lunch and we went all out on kitsch Christmas!

Fabulous food expertly put together by the team with at the helm, leaving me time to f***y about ironing napkins, and forage foliage from the surrounding lanes.

We still have availability for group lunch bookings (minimum x 8) on the Christmas menu (see previouse post) for some dates in December. So do drop us a DM if you're interested.
