Hello everyone,
I made a fantastic Chicken Tikka Masala from Tom Kerridge's new book 'Lose Weight for Good' - great aromas wafting around the kitchen during the cooking and an authentic tasting curry served with some pilau rice and cucumber raita. Just goes to show that low calorie food doesn't need to be boring or flavourless. I'd recommend the book as a healthy alternative for some traditional dishes and new creations. Make cooking fun - Anna x

Did my first Vegan dinner party - Butternut & Sage Soup to start , Roasted Vegetable & Apricot Tagine with Coriander & Almond couscous as the main!
To follow Key Lime Pie and a Sticky Chocolate Birthday Cake !
Avocado featured in both but you would never know - it’s in the chocolate frosting and the creamy part of the Key Lime Pie!!
There were Vegan Canapés too - very challenging but interesting for a Non Vegan Chef !
